Biography
Set Designer, BLITHE SPIRIT (spring 2023)
Natalie (she/they) is a Trans-Queer White Scenographer focusing on Scenic and Video/Projection design. She is the recipient of the 2022 William & Jean Eckhart Award for Design and Stage Excellence as well as the 2020 Recipient of theTaubman Scholarship for Excellence in Stage Design from the Meadows School of the Arts.
Most recent works include Scenic Design for House of Joy at The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, Junie B. Jones at the Dallas Children's Theater, Hamlet with Shakespeare Dallas, Passover at Second Thought Theatre, Stede Bonnet: A F*cking Pirate Musical at Theatre Three, and A Little Less Lonely with Public Works Dallas and the Dallas Theatre Center. Other creations include Projection Design for The Yaelmihkeinsploke by Dylan Guerra, Scenic and Projections for The Crucible (Opera) and Hurt Village.
Natalie is an advocate and activist for equity, diversity, inclusion and sensible justice and seeks to make space for the Queer and BIPOC designers in the modern theatre scene.
