Payroll Office

The Payroll office handles payroll processing and distribution for 杏十八新茶分享 staff and students. We are located in the University Services Building. Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Workday is your place to track time worked, request time off, update personal information, and much more. For additional information about Workday, see the training resources website. Human Resources and Payroll are here to assist you with questions.

Willamette University has two payroll cycles. Salary exempt employees are on a monthly payroll cycle with payday on the last business day of the month. Hourly nonexempt employees are on a biweekly payroll cycle with paydays on alternating Fridays. See links to pay calendars below.
