Dee Dee Enquist is another long-time employee and has been with Bon Appetit for 20 years. She started at Willamette then transferred to Mt. Angel where she worked for 9½ years before re-joining us this past summer as part of our bakery team, working alongside Hermalinda and Belen.
She grew up in Chicago but has lived in Oregon since 1977. She has a son and a daughter, two grandsons (ages five months and seven years), and a six-year-old granddaughter along with a cute little black terrier named Archie.
Thai is Dee Dee’s favorite food, she loves trying out new restaurants, and when not at work she’s visiting her grandkids and baking.
